1. Consumers' right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from a contract with us within 14 days without giving a reason. A consumer is any natural person entering into a legal transaction for purposes predominantly outside their trade, business or profession.

2. Start of the withdrawal period

The withdrawal period is 14 days, starting on the day the contract is concluded, when you complete your course booking.

The period does not start before you have been properly informed of your right of withdrawal. Sending your withdrawal declaration before the period expires is sufficient to meet the deadline.

3. How to exercise your right of withdrawal

To exercise your right, inform us (contact details in section 1) of your decision to withdraw by an unequivocal statement. You may use any of the following methods:

You may use the model withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory. Please include your name, booking email address and, if available, booking reference so we can identify your contract.

4. Effects of withdrawal and refunds

If you validly withdraw, we must reimburse payments received from you in accordance with the law, without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving your withdrawal notice. We generally use the same payment method as the original transaction (e.g. PayPal), unless expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees for the refund.

If services have already been provided in whole or in part when a valid withdrawal takes place, statutory compensation provisions may apply. Whether any compensation is due, and its amount, depend on the individual case (see section 5). We assess this after receiving your withdrawal and inform you.

5. Digital course content and certification services

Our courses comprise different elements that may be treated differently under the law. We therefore distinguish between:

The law provides specific rules on expiry of the right of withdrawal and compensation for digital content not supplied on a physical medium and for services. These apply only when the statutory conditions are met, particularly where you have expressly agreed to performance beginning before the withdrawal period expires and have confirmed this with the required information.

Digital content and certification services are considered separately. Consent or confirmation for one element does not automatically apply to the other. Refunds are assessed individually under the law; this page does not promise a specific refund.

6. Online withdrawal function

You can also submit your withdrawal directly online at any time, regardless of the consents or confirmations selected during booking. No customer account is required.
